It's been almost a year since I rescued Turtle from Chinatown. He has grown quite a bit and has become quite a character. He still likes to dig up (and climb on) the plastic trees and bask on the big rock. His newest trick includes blowing bubbles, and he gets very excited at the prospect of food! He splashes around like crazy at dinner time when I shake his food can in front of him, and even more frantically to remind us if we forget to feed him. Who would have ever thought this little pet would have so much personality!
