San Francisco in March
March 21-25, 2007

I took a quick trip to SF this month to wish my brother a belated birthday, my mom an early birthday, and congrats to Spring and Ben on their new bundle of joy. Here are some pictures of some of the people I got to see on this trip.

I spent Wednesday afternoon with the Steinbach family. Here's little Stella, at just 2½ weeks young.

And here we are with Stella's mommy, Spring.

Stella looks so cute in her Moses basket.

Pretty kitty Luna made herself comfortable in my empty lap, since Stella has claimed that spot on Spring's.

Ben has a heart-to-heart with his daughter.

On Friday, I joined Nikki and Alisha for girls night at Bourbon and Branches, a new speakeasy sort of bar.

Alisha's friend Phil(lys) joined us for fancy, complex cocktails. Seriously, the drink menu is a catalog.

Nikki and me.

Aren't we cute?

On Saturday, Matthew and I went to my grandmother's house to pick lemons, then met the rest of my family for dinner in Oakland. Here we are with my brother and his girlfriend Deirdre.

Sunday was my last day in SF, so we went to see Annie and Patrick's lovely new home. Little Rowan makes quite a little slugger. And he's sporting the Vans Uncle Matthew gave him for his birthday.

Winding up his pitch...

Rowan shows us the rest of the yard.

"Let me in!" (notice it says "big trouble" on his tush)
