Earlier this month, the Kid Robot store in NYC hosted a benefit for Save the Children Federation. Famous graffiti artists were invited to paint oversized versions of one of their popular products, FatCap, while celebs and pop-artists decorated oversized Dunnys, another popular item in the stores. These custom figures were auctioned on eBay, with proceeds going to the charity. For more info and pics from the party, check out The Paint Ball site. All except one have been sold, and most are currently on display in their temp store, where they encourage photos, so of course, I went crazy!
Kid Robot is in a temp location while their regular
store is under renovation.
