Lisa and I got up bright and early Sunday morning to participate in the Race for the Cure here in NYC. I'd run or walked this race in SF since 2001, but this was my first time in NY. It was a perfectly beautiful day for a run in Central Park. We ran the 5K in 32 minutes! Yay for us and everyone else who came out this morning for participating in this amazing cause.
