Sex and the City 2 - World Premiere at Radio City Music Hall
It’s nice to have friends who work in fun industries. My friend Michelle does PR for movies, and sometimes I get invited to screenings and premieres, but this was more than just a premiere, it was an event! It was the world premiere of Sex and the City 2, and if you know anything about fashion and NYC, you know this was a big deal. Nicki, Heather and I joined thousands of NY fashionistas, news media and paparazzi, and of course the stars of the movie at Radio City Music Hall a few days before the movie hit theaters. While we were up in the mezzanine, my other friends managed to score seats downstairs and got to see the stars up close!

Sundays With Corin
Philly Friends
After an intense four weeks on the new job, I was due for a little vacation, and a visit with the Gialdo family was the perfect little getaway. Philly is just a 2-hour bus ride away, and now that I know how easy it is, I’m ashamed it’s taken me so long to go! Marcy and Matt are good friends I met in SF about 10 years ago, and while I’ve seen Marcy a couple times in here in the city, I’ve only seen Matt once in my six years in NY. They have two beautiful children, Olivia, age 6, and Nigel, age 3. Here are a few pics from our adventures around downtown Philly.

My buddy, Nigel (it’s really a shame I didn’t record his dance moves the day before, something all guests of the Gialdo house should witness!)
Matt Gialdo is an amazing photographer. He happens to have three gorgeous subjects to practice on in his wife and kids. Check out his work, and if you ever need a photographer in Philly, give him a shout!
Happy Birthday, Corin!
I couldn’t make it to Corin’s birthday party, but he called me the next day to tell me all about it. He also opened all of the presents he got from his East coast family and friends.

Louie! I saw this book at SFMOMA and knew it was the perfect addition to Corin’s growing library.

Picnic basket sandwich - yummy!

Silliness ensued, with watermelon on the head.
