It took almost 2 years for me to get Matthew up to Cold Spring for a hike. I knew he’d love it, the cute little town, fresh air, the strenuous hike, amazing views of the Hudson, the woods, the old estate. And per my own tradition, we ended the day with a meal at the Cold Spring Depot. It was a great way to spend Memorial Day.
