Tis the season for babies. In the last 5 months, 1 of my cousins had her first child, and her brother and sis-in-law had their second. In the last 2 months, 4 of my coworkers have had babies - 3 of them are second-time parents, and 1 is a first-time parent, of twins! Also in that time, 3 of my friends had babies - 1 of them is a second-time parent, 2 of them first-time parents, and 1 of them had twins! And to top it all off, between now and mid-April, 2 more of my friends are due with their first babies, Matthew’s sister is due with her second, and I just heard that my cousin is expecting her first. What’s up with the baby boom?
