Matthew and his friend Ness are sharing a great little flat in De Jordaan, an awesome neighborhood just minutes from their office. Most flats here in Amsterdam seem to be broken into multiple floors, with tight spiral staircases. It’s a nice division of space, but the floors are quite small, so they use a pulley system to get furniture to the upper floors. Here are a few pictures of their flat.
