I ran the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure again this year, but on my own, since Lisa was still recovering from giving birth. I heard there were something like 20,000 people running or walking this year. I admit I didn’t train as well as I could have, but I still paced my normal 10-minute mile and finished in about 30 minutes. Yay for me!

As always, I participate in this annual event in celebration of my grandma, who celebrates 8 years as a breast cancer survivor.

Jersey City, NJ

I made my first trip to Jersey City to visit my friends Lisa and Michael and their beautiful baby girl, Mae. What a cutie pie! Can’t wait to see her again!

Mae likes to sleep with her legs scrunched up, like a frog.
